As part of their growth strategy, Fitbox was looking to partner with a digital marketing agency that could help shape their brand, deliver a customer-focused website, provide insight into market opportunities, and launch a results-driven campaign to bring in consistent, high-quality leads.

Lead Management

We integrated HubSpot into their system to further support Fit Box Gyms in their business operations. This robust tool helps them efficiently manage their emails and customer data, streamlining communication and enhancing customer relationship management.

 

With HubSpot, Fit Box Gyms can effortlessly track customer interactions, send personalised emails, and analyse data to make informed decisions.

 

Our integration of PT Minder into the Fit Box Gyms website offers a seamless solution for managing personal training sessions. This integration enables trainers and clients to schedule sessions, monitor progress, and handle payments in one convenient location, significantly enhancing the overall user experience.

Bespoke Website

Using the data and analysis from our discovery, we developed a bespoke content-managed website on WordPress. This ensured that the website was based on tangible user insights so that the conversion rates were as high as possible and the creative resonated with the target audiences.

 

We continually evaluate the customer journey by leveraging human insights to behavioural data to optimise the path to conversion. As part of the ongoing CRO, we adapt landing pages, on-page assets and marketing campaigns to ensure each visitor is funnelled towards a conversion.
